How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

How much is it?
Standard tickets are £300 including VAT. If you register before March 31 you'll qualify for the early bird rate of £150, including VAT.
What's included in the price of my ticket?
Entrance to the event and the sessions, plus break-time refreshments throughout the day - pastries on arrival, morning and afternoon break-time snacks, and of course a delicious two-course seated buffet lunch.
You'll also be rubbing shoulders with and learning from expert speakers, as well as having the opportunity to network with hundreds of other like-minded professionals.
How do I qualify for a discount?
If you have an Account Manager at Redgate, reach out to them via email to ask for a special link to allow you to register for a reduced rate.
My company needs to pay this by invoice - is that possible?
Yes, please email events@red-gate.com with the details of who we should make the invoice out to and we'll arrange it for you.
Can I cancel my ticket after I've purchased it?
Once you're confirmed to attend SQL Privacy Summit, your ticket is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you can transfer it to a colleague or someone you know. Just email events@red-gate.com to let us know who'll be attending instead, so we can get things organized.
Can I order a special meal?
When you register, there's an option to let us know about any dietary requirements/allergies. Vegetarians are covered as standard.
If you didn't provide the right info when registering, or have a more specific meal request and you haven't let us know already, email us at events@red-gate.com before May 11th, and we'll ensure there's something suitable for you to eat on the day.
Where should I stay the night before?
The Grange Tower Bridge has rooms available, and if you let them know you're attending Redgate's event they'll give you a preferred rate for the Wednesday.
How do I get there?
There are easy train, underground, and DLR links, you can take a taxi, or even drive - details are on our venue tab.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but you might like to make a note of the venue and time details, so you know when and where you need to be!
Can I update my registration information?
Yes - just log back in to Eventbrite and make any amendments. Or if it's easier, email us at events@red-gate.com
Is this the only location that you're hosting SQL Privacy Summit?
Stay tuned - we're likely to host the event in the US later in the year. Please send us an email at events@red-gate.com if you'd like us to keep you updated with the info.
What should I bring with me?
Depending on how you prefer to learn, you might like to bring a device to make notes during the sessions and workshop. We'll provide you with a notepad and pen.
What should I wear?
Wear something you feel comfortable in.
